FAQ/Shipping & Returns
How does your sizing run?
Our adult apparel is unisex unless otherwise stated in the listing. We recommend selecting your usual size for a relaxed fit, or sizing down for a more fitted look. Our baby and kids' apparel runs pretty true to size but when in doubt, size up!
What are your washing/care instructions?
All of our designs are screen printed or embroidered. For longevity of the print, machine wash inside out in cold water and lay flat to try or tumble dry on a low setting.
What is your order processing time?
All items are ready to ship unless they are listed as a "made to order" collaboration item or "pre-order". All ready to ship items will be shipped out
What are your shipping methods and times?
We ship orders via FedEx, Canpar, Purolator and UPS. Delivery times are approximately one business day Ontario wide and 1-3 across Canada. Please note: only Canada Post delivers to P.O boxes and shipping times are slightly longer. We also use Canada Post for international orders.
I am purchasing a gift to have shipped to someone. Do you have gift notes available?
Yes! Just leave your message in the notes before checkout and we will handwrite it on a card and include it in your package!

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing. Items ship through UPS, Canpar, FedEx and Purolator and will arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Please note: if your address is a PO box, items can only be shipped via Canada Post.
Local pick-ups will be coordinated by email and the street address will be provided via email for pick-up.
Addresses are inputted as they are shown on your order. Please ensure the correct address is provided. Items that are returned due to incorrect shipping information will be cancelled and refunded (shipping costs will not be refunded).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return. All items must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving your order in original packaging with packing slip and tags on the garments. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. Items must be unwashed and unworn. Items will be inspected upon return and anything that is not in original condition will not be refunded. In this case, customers may choose to have the item(s) shipped back at their own expense.
Items sent back in original condition will be refunded within 3 business days and the credit will be applied to the original method of purchase. If you are exchanging an item for a different size or colour, you may repurchase the item after the refund is applied, however shipping fees will be covered by the customer once again to repurchase items unless you meet the minimum requirement to be eligible for free shipping.
We try our best to ensure stock is available on the website for exchange purposes but if the item you would like is unavailable, please be patient as we work to restock.
