How does your sizing run?
All of our adult tees are unisex. We recommend selecting your usual size for a relaxed fit, or sizing down for a more fitted look. Our baby and kids' tees run pretty true to size but when in doubt, size up!
What are your washing/care instructions?
All of our designs are professionally heat pressed onto the garments. For longevity of the print, machine wash inside out in cold water and lay flat to try or tumble dry on a low setting. Do not iron directly on the design.
What is your order processing time?
Our current turnaround time is approximately 5 - 7 business days. This does not include shipping. Everything in our shop is handmade to order. If you need an item by a certain date, please don't hesitate to reach out to us before placing your order.
How can I customize a design?
All of our current designs are available in different wording, for example, 'Mama' can be changed to 'Grandma', 'Nana', 'Auntie', etc. Please leave us a note prior to checkout with any changes that you would like. For designs that are completely customized, please send us an email at email@example.com or a message on Instagram to discuss further!
What colour is the font/design on each garment?
We typically use black font on white, ice blue, pink and peach tees and white font on mauve, navy, black, dark grey and olive tees. Sometimes there are other options available in the description of an item. Also, we've recently made mauve and olive tees available in both black and white font options so be sure to look at the description of an item and/or dropdown menu choices when placing an order.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer products for the entire family! For most items, sizes begin at newborn and are available through toddler, child, youth and adult. If you don't see what you're looking for in the dropdown menu, please contact us for more information. Please note, some of our new colours in child sizes are only available up to size 5T. Adult sizes begin at XS and run through 3XL.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that each item is handmade to order.
What are your shipping methods and times?
We ship orders via Canada Post from Ontario, Canada. If you select 'flat rate' shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped expedited parcel and you will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
I am purchasing a gift to have shipped to someone. Do you have gift notes available?
Yes! Just leave your message in the notes before checkout and we will handwrite it on a card and include it in your package!
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do! Our current stockists are Petit Nordique Boutique in Bowmanville, Ontario and The Pear co which is an online Artisan Boutique in Northern Ontario. Due to the unique nature of our designs, only select items can be offered at wholesale.
